Mainstays Food Chopper
This is great for chopping and making thick sauces. I also use it to make a jalapeno relish. I love appliances that are super easy to use and clean. I use this to chop peppers and then ferment them for sauce at a later date. This is not an affiliate but you can get them at Walmart for about $10.00.
Ninja Express Chop
This does everything! Chops, puree’s and blends. Again, another super easy one button appliance. It’s a toss up between my Magic Bullet and Ninja. Get the 2-cup here from Amazon.com.
